The truth behind weight loss

Historically people have tried all kinds of diets.  These included the cabbage soup diet, the lemon and water diet, the famous juice diet, low fat diet, and off course the more recent keto diet!

Study results note that in the long term, those people that lost and kept weight off had one thing in common.  It was not the specific diet they chose.  Rather, it was their internal motivation to lose weight.  Furthermore, their internal motivation had one common feature.  The vast majority of successful people had an internal motivation based on perceived health benefits rather than external appearances.

Our team at Family Care and Wellness has a certified health coach to help you harness your inner energy to lose weight and keep it off!
